Buffalo Commons Cohousing is envisioned as a cohousing development of roughly 30 to 35 households on land adjacent to the current city limits of Northfield, Minnesota, which I expect to help develop.
Sustainable Community Solutions sponsored an invaluable “Getting it Built” workshop with nationally renowned cohousing pioneers and experts Katie McCamant and Chuck Durrett of CoHousing Partners and McCamant-Durrett the weekend of November 7-9, 2008. A general informational slide show was presented the evening of Friday, November 7th to an audience of about 60, and a “Getting it Built” workshop was held Saturday and Sunday November 8th and 9th.
